Service Description

Increase the morale and mental wellness of your work culture with weekly yoga classes. The Yoga Brain work course includes a variety of mindfulness techniques - including breath work, visualizations, body awareness practices and guided meditation. These 30 or 60 minute weekly sessions are perfect for morning, lunchtime, or after-work hours. Week-to-week and extended monthly packaging available.
