Jenny Martin
Jenny is a writer, a public speaker, events coordinator and life-long student of yoga. She is a Cancer Sun, Pisces Moon, and Capricorn Rising: navigating life through emotions and fiercely going after her dreams. Yoga and dance has been revolutionary in tapping into her body after an athletic upbringing of competitive swimming and disordered eating. When she is fully present within her skin, she can love and appreciate the body she's in.
