Balloons on the Move
Yoga Brain’s latest venture has been compromised due to unforeseen logistical issues, and is relocating it’s programming to Kansas City’s newest club, The Nelle.
The Nelle is a diversity-driven, arts-centric club located in the Crossroads. To make-due with Yoga Brain’s recent balloon business, the 2nd floor of The Nelle is open for the following sessions:

*Gentle Reset: Meditate and make the most of your lunch break during this slow-moving, mindful class. Please bring a mat or blanket.
*Vinyasa: Breathe in and sweat it out for an hour of poses that will leave you feeling powerful! Please bring a mat.
