We're over the hangover,
but we're still having fun.
AF is space for you to let loose without losing control - where you can express yourself freely and find support within your KC community.
We believe recovery is cool, sobriety is sexy, and you're fun as you are. That's why we're hosting a night of the work and play - with group discussion, a yoga flow and a disco dance that will wear you out but won't leave you wrecked for the next day.
Introducing AF: An event for the sober curious
Yoga of the 12-Step Community (7pm-8:45pm)
An integration of the 12-step recovery principles and the somatic practices of yoga. Led by Eric Perowsky.
Ecstatic Disco Dance (9pm-11pm)
Roll up your mats and throw on your blades for a disco dance party.
Mocktails and sparkling water provided.
Disco dress and rollerblades encouraged.
No talking, touching, eating or drinking on the dance floor.
