Using the power of the body and energetics to drop into the heart space so we can manifest some magic! This practice will visualization techniques to walk on a path of our design and a notebook to bring that to life!

Come discover the magic that lives within you with Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness. In this class, we will work on the mind, body, and higher consciousness to uncover our inner essence. The class combines breath, body postures, mudras, eye focus, and mantras. This yoga will help balance your glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It will bring balance to your mind, body, and soul.

Time to turn up the heat and sneak in some cardio! Yoga Sculpt incorporates body-weight strengthening sequences within the yoga flow.

Flow breath to movement as we build strength, flexibility, balance and mental stamina in this invigorating, powerful, energetic vinyasa practice.

12 PM  | Workshop Tent

Authentic Relating Games are highly interactive exercises that create a safe & structured way to go beyond small talk & explore deeper connection & intimacy. They are exercises done in pairs, small groups, & large groups that develop mindful ways of relating to one another.

1 PM | Workshop Tent

A lecture series with Celeste Ellis exploring the ways in which we adapt yoga philosophy into our modern day. We will speak to how our bodies hold onto stress and practice movement and meditation to release tension and trauma.

2 PM  | Workshop Tent

An introduction to the use of yoga and other embodiment principles in the practice of shadow work (an introspective practice to encourage awareness of the hidden aspects of one's personality)

2 PM | Yoga Lawn

A blend of Tai chi and yoga this class will explore the mind body connection through breath, movement and being mindfully present.

Yin is a slow-paced, meditative practice that gives you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

Ever wonder what energy healing is and what the basics are? Do you wish you had some tools in your pocket that you could use on the spot to move energy and shift yourself out of lower frequencies? If so, then join Lisa Lola for Energy Healing 101 where she will share simple, quick and accessible tools to get grounded, open, protected, and connected so you can move through life’s ups and downs with ease and grace, and get back to living in harmony with your Higher Self.

Meditation session using sound bowl and positive self-regard.

Using yoga as a healing modality. We will discuss the role of Ayurveda and how it plays a key role in the spiritual approach to wellness.
